BADARINA BAROLO DOCG
A single vineyard from the “Badarina” estate in Serralunga d’Alba, rich, powerfull and
luxurious, it will withstand prolonged ageing period and it will keep its freshness.
It represents one of the noblest wines of Bersano range, which boasts a tradition of at
least half century in specific sector.
VARIETY NEBBIOLO – HARVEST END OF OCTOBER – VINIFICATION IN STAINLESS STEEL –
REFINEMENT 30 MONTHS IN OAK CASKS, 6 MONTHS IN FRENCH BARRIQUES, 6 MONTHS IN THE
BOTTLE
Intense ruby red with deep garnet hues. Strong scent bouquet of backberry and ripe red fruit with pleasant
spicy and balsamic notes. Game, roasts and strongly flavoured cheeses.
Excellent longevity, over 10 years.
